It feels great this year to breathe a sigh and cut loose with some festivities. Putting up a Christmas tree always mixes nostalgia with a desire for a new take for an approaching New Year! This room feels intimate, so the tree has the colored lights but mixes older ornaments with brand new ones.
I love the vintage boy and girl decorating the tree, but the iced cupcakes and ice cream cones, the jeweled purses and glittered high heels mix it up with the 1960’s elves and the girls on the swing ornaments!
