In the last year, the NHRA (National Hot Rod Association) has lost a lot of their fan base and car sponsorship has plummeted with the rampant inflation. Our local Houston track, Houston Raceway Park in Baytown, Texas had been sold by the Gay Family and Angel Brothers and the new owner, a Belgium-based consortium will build an industrial park on the huge property.
